ECE Dinner Meeting #3

The third meeting was actually planned on Tuesday 31/3 at Mahrin’s home but Yani decided to put it 2-in-1 with the third practice so it was made on Monday 30/3 at Mur’s home. Present members were Yani, Chiemz, Azmi, Lucy and Nadia. Also joining were Asri, Fuze, Mahrin, Mur and Aniz. Radi didn’t join because he does not involve with performance.

Here were the updates on the ECE 22 Dinner:

1. Yani went to Asma if we could add 10 more seats for backup but the foods non-included with the 10 person. As in, 60 foods shared for 70. The Asma Hotel said we can’t and they will charge for the 10 persons.

2. We have collected $30 from some of our members. Sanul, Asri, Mur, Jef, Ali Yusni, Salmi and Chiemz had paid full. There are more members readied with their money but haven’t been collected yet. Yani will give a receipt once you paid for memorial. ;)

3. Yani decided to allow bringing partners (limit of 1) by paying $20 for the partner. Therefore, our members can bring in their couple to share the wonderful event both together or just go solo to the event for more fun and more time with all ECE friends.

4. Our special invitations will be G-Rais, Athari, Bala, Yussof, Yunie, Rusdi and Sia. We were hoping they won’t mind joining us too! =)

5. Yani have send the invitation to the lecturers and some of them replied to Yani. It was like 50% couldn’t make it because they went out from Brunei while 50% could make it to the dinner.

6. We will first collect $30 full fee or $15 half deposit ($15 when allowance out) or $20 for partner fee from everyone. Then only we could paid deposit for the hotel & foods fee and started on the souvenirs & prizes.

7. Next meeting haven’t been decided yet. It would be convenient to make the meeting during the dance practice but we had to think about Radi too.
