Fireworks!

On Monday 9/2, I went to JP at 6 to meet Asri & Zali there. We had some drinks there and planned to go KB for the night. Azmi, Mimit & DD went for another badminton at Lumut again so we went off to Lumut. Our plan was actually to chill at Marylin or WYWY after visiting them at Lumut for a while. We contacted Yani & Tari too on the way.

When we reached Liang Lumut Recreation, there were only Mimit, DD, Azmi and Ho. We stayed there for a while and they decided to go Zuki at Seria straight to have dinner. Chad text Azmi & DD and invited us all for playing with firecrackers so immediately after Zuki, we went to Chad's home. Yani & Tari cancelled their plan to join us that time.

That day, 9/2, was the full moon and it was the end of this year Chinese New Year festival. To mark and to celebrate this, most chinese lighted up their firecrackers and the fireworks! I could see many fireworks at the sky that night from many house. This day also ended the rainy and flood season! This night was a moment of fireworks under the bright full moon and clear sky! It's beautiful.

Once we reached Chad's home, we parked then we waited for Chad to take out his arsenals. While waiting to gear up, we found Chad's bicycle (or maybe his brother's) and DD found it amazing. It was still in good condition like new and ready to be used anytime. It was long time since we ever had or tried bicycle before.

The "Badil Papan" was first readied to be cracked up! Chad put it at his garage ceiling then light it up there. The fire and impact was not too strong so it still safe for the cars nearby. However, the noise was quite loud that I couldn't hear Asri shouted from the opposite sides.

Chad took out his weapon's box! Full of explosive! I mean firecrackers and fireworks duh! There were many of it, such as the "fire clap", "colour flower" and the normal "badil mancis". Two of Chad's friends also came to join with the fun.

We went to light up the "fire clap" and the fire works! Then more than 2 houses from the nearby area also played their fireworks! It was like we started it then everyone joined in the fun! Or more like challenging who got best fireworks. (hehe) Some were nice to be seen and some were quite loud. But that was fun! Especially when it's free.

Asri, Azmi, Ho and Chad made a bad guy plan with the explosive. No not like disturbing people or cars. Anyway, we play it infront of Chad's home and it was just at the roadside! So some car did passed by. However, we didn't dare to direct it to them of course.

The bad guy plan was to experience the firecrackers with variety of ways such as putting it in a box, Pepsi can and pire. When they put it into a Pepse can, the can bursted into fragment and flew. This hit Ho at the back but luckily he didn't got cut or bleed. I just scared it may get into the eyes.

Another silly but funny things was to direct the explosive into the drainage with dirty water! What happen when you put in "fire clap" or "colour flower" into the water? Will it exploded or will it extinguished? Well most of what we tried, it did exploded in the water creating a water explosion and splash! Anyone got near it will got some splash from the drainage water. =P

After the fireworks stuff, Ho, Azmi & Mimit went back while DD, Asri, Zali & me went to Moi Nam to transfer some files. We also had some mature and logical talk and discussion together about what happened in Brunei nowadays. We also had some jokes and laughed. Then we left at 230 , sent DD at 3 and reached JP at 4.

Chinese New Year ends and the raining seasons also end so there will be a change and upcoming with new seasons.
