ECE Dinner Meeting #1

The ECE Dinner Meeting was made this afternoon, Tuesday, 17/3, at Ahan Thai Bandar. The meeting started at 1.30PM until 3.30PM. The members came during the meeting were the organizing members which are Yani, Lucy, Azmi, Radi and Chiemz. Also, Azam & Khalid joined to support the meeting.

Here were the updates on the ECE Dinner Meeting. I’m sure Yani will put in her blog already but I will make another on my blog for second information and as reminder.

1. There will be Theme. The theme would be “International”. You can wear attire which symbolized other countries’ style such as using kimonos or even Arabian.

2. The venue have been confirmed to “Asma Hotel”. Since it won’t be too many of us just like MRS, so I think it should be fine. We are using a function hall at Ground or First floor. Radi will booked the hall and confirmed on the foods, projector, PA system and table & seats with Asma Hotel.

3. There will be performances and a competition as the entertainment. There will be a possibility to karaoke and sing-a-long just for all of us the ECE. Lucky draw will depends on the budget.

4. We confirmed for the response of every members of the ECE on that day. Yani called those who haven’t response during the meeting. We had to wait for the other 3 members who still “not sure”.

5. It is confirmed that there will be MRS for us intake 22! Yani asked the new BKP about this and yeah there is MRS for us.

6. Lucy told me that the $100 deduction from our allowance was not just because of MRS but also for the Convocation Dinner. So yeah I feel it worth but still if I could choose, I will just take the money. =P Anyway, how about the PR or In-Service who didn’t have allowance? I don’t know.

7. Back to the ECE Dinner! The date is confirmed to be on 18th April 2009 at 7.30PM. The invitation card will be sent soon and another response is compulsory. Once the allowance out, there will be a collection of the $30 each.

8. The foods will be buffet! Eat all you like!

9. It is better to bring own camera or borrowed some to take memorial of the day. Enjoy and don’t miss to have yourselves in the pictures! More people bringing cameras, more & 'easier' to share! Share the fun together! =)

10. Another meeting will be on Monday 23/3 at the Teo Poi Hon (TPH) Batu Bersurat at 1.30PM to update more on souvenirs from Azmi & me, performances from Nadia & Lulu, the venue from Radi and various stuff.
