At the time we confirmed the plan, the final members were Chiemz, Asri, Chad, Azam, DD and Aniz. We went there on 10th December that was Wednesday so there were not many people went there. I went to Asri’s home at 8AM and then reached Azam at 9AM. We took Aniz at 945AM and left Bandar to KB at 10AM. We met Chad at DD’s home and decided to go for breakfast at KB.

After the breakfast, we continued journey to Miri. No queue and interruption. I felt it was like already long time I didn’t go Miri but I remembered the last time I went Miri was before the puasa (not so long huh?). Azam and I followed Chad while Asri became bodyguard to Aniz and DD on the way.
Once we reached Miri, first thing of course; change B$ into RM! DD brought us to the downtown for the famous but old & classic money changer. I don’t know why Bruneian like to change their money here. The change rate is 2.39 which were quite high.
After changing money, we went to the Imperial to check in an executive apartment for us who want to stay overnight. Those who didn’t want to stay then can stay at KB. We went to look at our room and it was awesome! This was my first time staying in hotel or apartment with friends. DD and Aniz went for the Alan Salon.
Next, we went to the Parkson to have lunch and shopping. The Parkson or the Bintang Star was under renovation so the parking was quite unsafe. Anyway, we had our lunch at McD. Then we went to shop around the shopping mall. Last time we played bowling here but this time we didn’t. *glad*

We also went to visit a place of attraction to tourist. The petroleum museum located on top of the hill of Miri. You could see the whole Miri town from above! This place was a memorial for the first discovery of fuel in Miri. We went in to visit the exhibition. We should be considered as tourist also!

We then went back to Imperial and bought some food & drinks to be brought in the apartment. Asri also bought a ghost movie to be watched later at night. We went back to the room and then went to the swimming pool.

At night, us who stay went for a dinner. We went to the Miri Pasar Malam in Kerukop but it was not on for the day we went there. We then search around for food hunt all over Miri; we reached the near-airport-zone but finally we chose the garai just outside of the Imperial! The Mee Goreng was cheap. Then we went back to watch movies.

The next day, we went for breakfast at the Imperial Food Court. The foods were expensive and not worth it. Fast Foods are the most worth if you were in Miri. So, we went Imperial again to had lunch at KFC-Sugarbun-McD combo because each of us want different fast food.
Next was the Boulevard; always the almost last place. We went to the arcade and play many round of Initial D! It was cheap here; same like Brunei - two tokens 1 game but 2 tokens are RM1 so B$0.50! We went to the Ice Skating but when we reached there, no one of us want to play.
The last place we went to was the e-mart that was on the way to Sg. Tujuh. I bought honeydew and cylinder watermelon for my parents. Nothing much we did here so we went home. We reached KB at 8+PM and reached Bandar to Azam’s home at 10+PM due to pitstop at DD’s home.
We planned on going Miri again but this time DD want to try the beachside hotel. It was quite luxury hotel (3-4 star? Lower than Empire). This time Zalee, Mimit & Sheng will be joining.
