There were debates about its effect to our health plus the hygiene of the factory producing this instant noodle but despite of that, everyone still like Indo Mie among all Instant Noodles.
Remember, you cannot replace your regular staple food, the rice, with Indo Mie! Don’t take Indo Mie or any instant noodle as your everyday compulsary foods like oh, I ate Indo Mie everyday for dinner.
Any instant noodles were bad to you if you consumed it too much. As you know, instant noodles are replacement for your meals only when you cannot get a proper meal. Well, not all the time you cannot get a proper meal!
This post was on guide how to make a good Indo Mie at home and then enjoy it. It was more fun to cook with friends and then eat together with them.
1. Take a pot, pour water in, and then boil it. Make sure the water is enough to submerge the noodles later.
2. While waiting the water to boil. Open the pack, take out the oil, soy sauce and spice from the packets and put all of them in a big bowl. Don’t mix the 3 together, make a separation.

3. Put in the noodles all inside the boil water. Make sure you keep watching the noodle because you couldn’t let it too cook or even too dry. Stir it when needed.

4. Filter the noodles away from the water then immediately put it to the bowl while it’s still hot to the spices, soy sauce & oil. Mix them nicely. This was the hardest part but important.

5. Take a frying pan, put oil then take an egg. Make the “Telur Mata Lembu”! It is easier to keep the egg yolk stay in shape if you use a fresh egg. Egg longer than a week will be too watery (dilute). Cook it only at one side.

6. Now you can enjoy the Indo Mie with the Telur Mata Lembu! Yum! You can add cheese, mayonis or chili sauce too!

Congrats! Now you have completed the Indo Mie course!
This is my first student, Asri, awarded with Indo Mie!

Note: I made this post with reference to the Sunrise in Serasa post for the Indo Mie Midnight mentioned there. Asri, Azam & Fuze went to my home so I decided to serve them Indo Mie. Then, we all cooked it together and enjoy the midnight with Indo Mie! This is taken not from AFC or cooking magazine or even forward email whatsoever.
